The house has been designed to a very high standard and has a lovely open feel.
The entrance hall leads into the dining room, with a staircase to the upstairs. A large living room with coal effect electric fire and patio doors leading onto private deck and shingled garden.
The eat-in kitchen is huge and very well equipped, with separate laundry room and patio doors to deck.
The downstairs also benefits from having toilet/washing facilities.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom with en suite shower room, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, a bunk bed room and family bathroom.

40 Whitesand Drive has a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and in the laundry room a separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Weekend rate: £350.00 for a two night break
Weekly rate: £750 - £850 for a week
The rate includes electricity, bed linen and towels.
